What is BAJA?

Baja SAE is an intercollegiate design competition run by the Society of Automotive Engineers(SAE). Teams of students from universities all over the world design and build small off-road cars.

The goal in Baja SAE racing is to design, build and race off-road vehicles that can withstand the harshest elements of rough terrain. Over 400 cars participate in the competition in India and overseas.
Our College
MKSSS’S Cummins College Of Engineering For Women, started in the year 1891 by the Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha, a 113‑year‑old institution, that has a century long history dedicated to the enhancement of women by educating them and making them self-reliant . We are provided with various machinery, infrastructure and other resources.
